FROM DEAN ALLEN:
He talked with Mr. Curtis last night. Mr. Curtis informed him that
in^absence of an affirmative action statement on the part of the NBS
he is inclined to go ahead and file suit.
Dean Allen explained to him that it is the intention of the administration
to meet with SGA leaders to have the language of the Code of the
University adopted as the official language of SGA in identifying the
eligibility of all student organizations.
That next fall this will be required of all SGA constitutions. Dean A.
told him that we do not feel it is necessary to ask the NBS to adopt
this language now but they, along with all other organizations, will be
asked to adopt this next fall.
I told Dean Allen that you would probably want to talk wl th him.
