Resolution adopted by the faculty council of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro at a called meeting on March 28, 1969

              RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE FACULTY COUNCIL OF THE
UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO AT A CALLED
MEETING ON MARCH 28,   1969.
"1.    In view of the information presented to us,  that the Faculty
Council urge representatives of ARA Slater Catering Services and the
workers to proceed immediately with negotiations beginning no later than
noon tomorrow (Saturday,  March 29,   1969.) /
2, As long as negotiations proceed in good faith we would
respectfully recommend that students continue to use the facilities of
the Dining Hall.
3. If it is desired by both sides, we would offer the good offices
of a member or members of the Faculty Council,  to be appointed by the
Chancellor and members of both sides, to assist with negotiations. "
