Each week, thousands of citizens
throughout the state learn more about
the University of North Carolina at
Greensboro and its work through "Accent
on Education," UNC-G's weekly radio
broadcast. The five-minute weekly program
is aired by 53 radio stations in
30 cities and towns from Raleigh to
Charlotte.
"Accent on Education" provides a
forum through which University faculty
members can share their expertise and
research findings with the publ~c.
Through the program, you can learn more
about such topics as competency testing,
childhood autism, energy issues, jogging,
marriage enrichment, gifted children,
nutrition needs, astronomy and many other
timely subjects.
Other programs keep you up to date
on new developments at UNC-G. Plan now
to become a regular listener. And if
your local radio station does not now
air the program, encourage the program
director to add it.
