Board Meeting - January 21, 1981

PICTURES
Marie Moyer to make selection of picture to use. Balance to be taken at February
meeting. Ann Morrison will include note in Newsletter re those who overlooked
making payment. Judy Carter to collect for picture fee at February meeting.
POTENTIAL PAK (see attached)
Will prepare a few more than the number needed. Distribution to be made as
shown on the attached.
Cover letter will accompany all distributed, including those which will be hand-
delivered.
Application to be changed for future use so that sequence will be in the order
used to prepare.
Will revise on an annual basis.
Ann Morrison to include in Newsletter a list of those 'to whom distributed. Also,
consider listing of names of members included in Potential Pak.
HISTORY (see attached)
Have scrapbooks available for open house.
Mary to discuss with Marie Moyer contents of a proposed brochure. Purpose -
publicity, for new members, general information.
MAY SEMINAR
Ann to specify, in Newsletter, "very few places" left. Maximum of 24 people
and currently have 11 signed. Charge inducts six meals, two nights, setups.
Meal schedule firm. All equipment provided. Seminar fee allows a $12 cushion
per person.

(b) Red streamers to be attached to name tags for thr ee months
