Description	Casals announces a change of plans: he will leave on the 12th for Buenos Aires instead of St. Paul, and on returning from Argentina will stop in Brazil for a few days. "Today is the 3rd concert. The 4th is the 4th, and on the10th we give a festival in which I act as conductor - that amuses me a bit - on other occasions I would have enjoyed it - you know how much I like to conduct an orchestra." He complains that his pains have gotten worse. He asks whether Metcalfe has written to his mother; he hasn't received any letters from her (his mother) since his arrival. He hopes to see Metcalfe in Paris at the beginning of the season.
