Dear future President, You are not entering at the easiest time in the course of our history, and I wish you luck. To me, the most important things that need to be accomplished are to remove the troops from Iraq and to re-establish the American ideal of a city on a hill. We should be and always have been the bastion of hope and the leaders of freedom and equality. That has been sorely lacking these last eight years.
