Dear President, I am an elementary school teacher in an inner-city school in Los Angeles, and I have come to the realization that perhaps one of the biggest injustices in our society is the lack of quality education for inner-city children. I believe that it is time for a president to realize the significance of this problem and begin to take steps towards giving every American the opportunity for a decent and adequate education. Thank you for listening to my concerns. It is very much appreciated. Sincerely, Jackelyn Mandel Los Angeles
