PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Dear Friends,
As you can see by your MEDITATIONS we have a fresh new look! I hope you
are all eager to enjoy an exciting, fun, and new Auxiliary year. Special
thanks to many of you who have worked through the summer to ensure interesting
programs, meaningful service projects, exciting new fund raisers, and fun
for all at new social events.
TEENS TAKING CHARGE will be presented to all 8th graders in the
Greensboro Public Schools.
JAWBONES vs. SAWBONES promises fun for all ages at a Medical/Dental
Benefit Basketball Game November 21st.
Greensboro will host the state fall conference, September 22nd & 23rd,
at the Greensboro Sheraton Hotel. Spouses are encouraged to join
Auxiliary members for a special Dinner/Seminar Monday night and Tuesday's
workshop will offer valuable information about communicating and
working with the media.
Your Auxiliary Board is enthused about the coming year. Many exciting
projects are in the planning stage. We need the continued support of your
participation and dues as we work, have fun, and grow together. Please
join us for our first meeting September 16, 1986. I look forward to sharing
the 86-87 Auxiliary year with you.
