We met last Friday with several other employers in the
Greensboro community to discuss the IPA/HMO idea.
We received good, support to proceed with the feasibility
study. Later in the day, I met with our Health Cost
Containment Committee at Burlington and they agreed to
support our effort.
Therefore, I intend to develop a plan of action in order
that we can get the study underway at an early date.
It will take three to four months to complete the study
and will require considerable cooperation from providers
and employers in the area.
1 will keep you posted on developments and plans.
