Maggie Shaw was the first black to be admitted
directly to Wesley Long Hospital.  I admitted her c
• ™ *     5-6-^4.  Was not asked whether she was black or
white.  A very nice lady.  Had recurrent back and
leg pain.  Had a myelogram on 5-7-64 and was
discharged on 5-9-64.  No surgery.
When seen in office etc.
-8-19-63 Adm to L Richardson Hospital and transfer
to Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital on
-8-23-63.  Had myelogram then
9-20-63 Discharged from Cone Hospital
