AUXILIARY TO THE GUILFORD COUNTY MEDICAL SOCIETY, GREENSBORO, N. C.
Annemarie Marks - Carol Deaton, Editors January 9, 1978
PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
My thanks to the large numbers of you who supported our two major projects--the AMA-ERF
greeting card and the Health Fair. Both were extremely successful, and this was due to
the fine leadership our chairmen displayed as well as enthusiastic help from the membership.
I hope you will be just as supportive of our "Green Coffee" for International health this
month. This is a worthy cause and very deserving cf our money,,
We are approaching the deadline for dues. If you. have not paid, please consider doing
so. It would be a shame not to complete some of our projects because we didn't meet
our budget. There is so much that we can accomplish when we work together.

A "Green Coffee" is the title of our general meeting on January 17th at the home of Mrs.
Marshall Morris. The past usual fee of $1.00 will be charged for this coffee and any
other contributions will be gladly accepted.
-Our dollars will support our International Health project for 1978. The project is state-
.de among auxiliaries. We are sending money to Dr. Herbert Codington (a former
WiLmingtonian) in Bangladesh. The money will be used for clothing for the women who attend his medical clinic. Let's have a large turnout on January 17 so our dollars will
add up! i
Thank you,
