RE: Moses Cone Hospital CT Scan Renovation/Scanner Upgrade
Effective October 20, 1997, The Moses H. Cone Hospital Radiology
Department will begin a major renovation project within the CT Suite.
One CT Scanner (non-spiral) will be removed during the renovation
process and replaced with a new CT Spiral Scanner. We anticipate the
project to be completed and begin normal operating hours by November; 17,
1997 .
During this four (4) week period, we will be providing limited outpatient services on The Moses Cone Hospital campus, referring outpatient services to GDC, Women's Hospital and Wesley Long. Our one (1)
existing CT Spiral Scanner will continue to provide 24 hour patient
services for in-patients and the Emergency Department. The Moses Cone
Hospital Radiology Scheduling Staff and CT Technologists will continue
to assist your office staff with scheduling issues.
We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to providing two (2)
state-of-the-art Spiral CT Scanners in the very near future at The Moses
Cone Hospital.
The extension to schedule at any campus is provided below for your
convenience'.
