COMMITTEE ADVISORY TO AUXILIARY AND ARCHIVES OF HISTORY

PHASE A - AUXILIARY
Mrs, Paiby Byrum, President of the Auxiliary to the Medical Society of the State
of North Carolina, gave a report on the Fall Board meeting and School of Instruction.
She expressed the gratitude of the Auxiliary to the Medical Society of the State
of North Carolina for their assistance and guidance. She said they were especially
grateful for their own office in the new Headquarters Building.
The Fall Board Meeting and School of Instruction was held In Raleigh on
September 13 and 14 in the Medical Society Headquarters Building. She reported
that I4O people attended the meeting. Reports and instructions were presented
by all of the state officers and committee chairmen.
The theme for this year is "The Name of the Game is Commitment," with special
emphasis this year on membership.
It was the consensus of the Committee that the Auxiliary's student loan fund
is one of their most important projects.
A MOTION was MADE, DULY SECONDED, and PASSED to the effect that: THE AUXILIARY
REPORT BE ACCEPTED WITH APPRECIATION AND THANKS FOR THEIR WONDERFUL WORK.
