Hospital employees are PALs for United Way
There is only word to describe Moses
Cone Health System's 1995 United Way campaign — enthusiasm. In the three-week campaign, which ended
Oct. 15, employees pledged a record $264,265 (136 percent of the organization's goal). Highlights of this
year's campaign included a Management Council car wash which raised $555, departmental rallies, a finale
party and prize drawings.
"We're neighbors helping neighbors, and all of us in the Moses Cone Health System have truly shown
where our hearts are," said Jack Upton, Associate Director, Support Services.
