The speaker for the January meeting will be Mr. Charles Phillips, Director
of Public Relations at Woman's College, who is on leave from that department
to serve as Director of North Carolina In-School Television Experiment. Mr.
Phillips will speak on "The Problems and Progress of Educational Television."
Mr. Phillips is well-known as an entertaining public speaker, and his topic should
be of special interest to members concerned about the future of public school
education.
