two
additional
Ku
Klux
Klan
(KKK)
or
Nazi
party
members
had been
arrested
in
connection
with the
November
3
,
1979
,
shootings
in
Greensboro
in
which
five
members
of the
Communist
Workers
Party
(CWP)
were
killed
at a
Death
to the
Klan
rally
. The
article
states
that
all
those
arrested
for
murder
had been
associated
with the
KKK
or
Nazi
party
.
Several
of the
victims
had been
employed
by
Cone
Mills
.
CWP
spokesman
Mike
Young
said
that there would be a
funeral
demonstration
and that
CWP
members
in
attendance
would be
armed
. The
article
also
discusses
media
coverage
of the
event
and
offers
some
further

victims
