Power. The panelists were Dr.
Nathan Hare, author of The
Black Anglo-Saxon; Fred Pat-
ton, ylice president of the student
body of California State College;
Ronald Finney, president of the
Black Students' Union a t
California State College; and
Virgil Stroud, head of the Social
Science department at A&T
State University. Moderating
this panel was Edwina Holley, a
senior political science major
