Committee oh "Classification of
Organizations declared all
charges against the Neo-Black-
Society to be invalid.
Committee Chairman Rhonda,
~Wilcox—released the statement

The committee decision came
-after a; closed Tormal hearing-

The hearing was the.first full
meeting of the-officers of the
NBS and the accusing students:
Karen Davis, Tim Connolly
—St«ve Levkoff, Mark Carpenter,
and Jeanelle Price.
The hearing, which lasted long
into the evening, was originally
to be closed ..until' SGA vice
-president Jackie Coleman and
Attorney General Judy Arnn
decided that oris member from
