The University Yearbooks Collection is housed in the Martha Blakeney Hodges University Archives and Special Collections at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
The digital materials are housed and are publicly available at The Internet Archive. Coordination and support for digitization activities was provided by the Digital Projects Unit of University Libraries at UNCG, and the website is hosted and maintained by the Libraries' Electronic Resources and Information Technologies (ERIT) Department using CONTENTdm software.
The majority of the collection was digitized through the facilities of the North Carolina Digital Heritage Center located at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It operates in conjunction with the State Library of North Carolina's NC ECHO (North Carolina Exploring Cultural Heritage Online) project. It is supported by the State Library of North Carolina with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act. For technical reasons, three yearbooks (1914, 1933, and 1934) were scanned by the Digital Projects Unit.
Metadata for the project conforms with the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative standards.
